Inter Updated its News Bulletins
Starting November 1st the TV Channel 'Inter' have breathed new life into its news coverage. The innovations have been brought into all the news bulletins - the morning, the afternoon as well as the day-wrapping 'Podrobnosti' programme and the news and analysis program 'Podrobnosti Niedely' ('The week in detail') that came back with the new news-reader Oleg Panyuta on Sunday, November 1st.
Aleksandr Pilipets, head of the editorial board of the news and analysis programmes of the National Information Systems (NIS):
- The news produced by the TV Channel 'Inter' has always been the news number one in Ukraine and over many years the television channel has remained the top newsmaker within the national information space. But there is always room for perfection to strive for. And now we are fully aware that our team is prepared to make another big stride forward. For this we have everything we need.
Larisa Gorskaya, director of the 'National Information Systems':
- Over a long period of time the TV Channel 'Inter' has managed to form its own news school with its original style, powerful team of reporters and versatile technical facilities. Alongside with reporter schools of the BBC and CNN we can rightly speak of the achievements made by the 'Inter' school. That's why we are trying to pursue ambitious goals and we are confident that we will succeed in implementing what we have in mind.
Preserving all the best features that have been accumulated over the years, the news made by the TV Channel 'Inter' now are more interactive, up-to-date, comprehensive and dynamic, which makes it possible to broadcast more information without enhancing the total running time of each bulletin.
There's also an increased number of live transmissions, which enable the viewers to experience the effect of presence on the scene of event. The reports of the TV Channel 'Inter' are staked out in various parts of the globe giving the audience a prompt access to exclusive information. Now we have purchased new equipment for the journalists to enable them to be in constant touch with the studio and make live transmissions from anywhere in the world. Currently the TV Channel 'Inter' has a wide network of news divisions both in Ukraine and overseas, with some more to be added being in the pipeline.
Also starting November 1st, there are new studio decorations and computer graphics. The new studio is unobtrusive and open, full of air and lights. This is a modern information platform complete with state-of-the-art design and equipment.
Nazim Bedirov, executive director of the 'National Information Systems':
- We wanted to avoid the feeling of confined space where the presenter is shut out from the viewer. The design is in no way similar to the decorations of any news service in our country or in any of the neighboring states. Maximum of air, interactivity and a host of screens - all of this contribute to the visualization of the news.
Now the broadcasting are made from the two platforms, one of which is designed for morning and afternoon news and the other one for the evening transmissions. Technical and decorative features of the studio make it possible to invite either newsmakers or participants of events for live coverage.
The 'News' on the TV Channel Inter+ go on air from Monday through Friday at 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 12:00.
The summarizing bulletin of the 'Podrobnosti' is on air from Monday through Saturday at 20:00.
The news and analysis programme 'Podrobnosti Niedely' broadcast each Sunday at 20:00.
